商业多孔陶瓷膜支撑体一般是以a-Al2O3为原料制得,但其价高。本实验室以廉价的工业级堇青石粉体为原料,制得了大孔堇青石支撑体。考察了商业氧化铝支撑体和自制堇青石支撑体的耐酸碱腐蚀性能。结果表明,氧化铝支撑体具有好的耐酸性,但其耐碱性差。与此相反,堇青石支撑体表现出良好的耐碱性,而其耐酸性差。因此廉价的堇青石支撑体可望应用在碱性溶液或碱性含尘气体的过滤,而在强酸性环境中则使用氧化铝支撑体。
Commercial porous ceramic membrane supports are generally fabricated with a - alumina as the raw material, but both high price and high sintering temperature limit their further applications. In our lab macroporous cordierite supports have been prepared using cheap industrial cordierite as the starting material. In this work, the commercial alumina and home- made cordierite supports were primarily characterized in term of the acid/alkali corrosion resistance. The results indicated that the alumina supports had the better acid corrosion performance but poorer alkali resistance. On the contrary, the asused cordierite supports exhibited better alkali corrosion resistance but poorer acidic corrosion resistance. The low cost cordierite supports are expected to be used in the filtration of alkaline solutions or dust - containing alkaline gases, and the commercial alumina supports can be applied in strong acidic environment.
