葡萄查耳酮合酶基因克隆及其进化分析

利用RT—PCR技术从葡萄中克隆到两个查耳酮合酶(CHS)的eDNA开放阅读框(ORF)序列,分别命名为VvCHS1和VvCHS3。其中,VvCHS1序列长1182bp,编码393个氨基酸;VvCHS3序列长1170bp,编码389个氨基酸。对两个CHS基因编码的氨基酸序列的分析表明,二者均具有CH$基因家族的保守结构域。多序列比对和系统发生分析结果表明,两个CHS基因与其他高等植物G圩S基因具有较高的相似性,然而VvCHS1和VvCHS3在结构和功能上出现歧化。

英文摘要:

Two chalcone synthase genes were cloned by using RT - PCR method from Vitis vinifera. The open reading frames (ORF) of two CHS cDNAs were named VvCHSI and VvCHS3 respectively. The sequence of VvCHS1 was 1 182 bp, encoding 393 amino acids and the sequence of VvCHS3 was 1 170 bp , encoding 3B9 amino acids. The results of amino acid sequence analysis showed that both CHS genes had a conservative domain structure of CHS gene family. Amino acids sequence alignment of VvCHSI, VvCHS3 with some selected higher plant CHS genes indicated that the VvCHS1 and VvCHS3 shared high sequence similarity with other plant CHS. However, the VvCHSI and VvCHS3 might divers from evolution and functions.
