[目的]探索前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)靶向性谷氨酸尿素小分子的合成。[方法]按照标准的无水无氧操作技术进行实验操作;应用核磁共振光谱仪与高分辨质谱仪进行化合物成分测定分析。[结果]经核磁共振波普法与质谱法分析,确认得到以谷氨酸尿素为结构基础的小分子化合物Glu-urea-Lys。[结论]以Glu-urea-Lys为基础结构的研究,将为前列腺癌分子影像学诊断及靶向治疗领域提供理论依据与实验基础。
[Objective]To search for the synthetic method of PSMA-targeted small molecule Glu-urea-Lys analogue.[Methods]All reactions are carried out in dry glassware under an atmosphere of anaerobic conditions for experimental operation.We use nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer and high-resolution mass spectrometer to analyze the ingredients of compound.[Results]We get the confirmed compound through nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrography.[Conclusion]The studies based on Glu-urea-Lys will offer the experimental and theoretical basis for the molecular iconography diagnosis and targeted therapies of prostate cancer.
