测量系统分析是QS9000标准中的核心要素之一,主要用来评估测量系统对工序质量改进的保证程度。传统的测量系统能力分析主要采用极差分析或方差分析研究单台测量仪器组成的二因素交叉型简单测量系统,本文从企业的实际情况出发,采用方差分析法研究包含多台测量仪器的复杂测量系统,基于三因素套析因混合效应实验模型的方差分析和方差估计,提出了这种测量系统能力分析的方法,并给出了应用实例。
Measurement system analysis is an element job required by QS9000. The purpose of measurement system analysis is to study if the measurement system is capable for process quality. Traditional method for measurement system analysis is based on simple two-way and crossed system of only one measurement instrument using analysis of variance or analysis of range. This article analyses the measurement system which consists of parallel measurement instruments. Using analsys of variance and variance component estimate for three-way nested-factorial model with mixed effects, the paper presents a method to analyze the complicated measurement system capability and one exampie is given.
