目的电荷耦合器件(charge coupled device,CCD)的输出信号中含有多种噪声,其中主要是复位噪声,所以在CCD信号采集系统中,一项关键技术就是去除或削弱噪声。方法本文详细介绍了CCD复位噪声的产生机理,设计了基于相关双采样技术(correlated double sampling,CDS)的CCD信号处理电路。结果通过实验验证上述信号处理电路可以有效抑制CCD噪声。结论相关双采样技术在一定程度上抑制了CCD复位噪声,有利于后续CCD信号的采集与传输。
Objective The output signal of charge coupled device (CCD) includes many kinds of noises,and the reset noise is the main noise. So in CCD signal acquisition system,one of the key techniques is that the CCD signal noises must be eliminated or weakened. Methods The paper firstly analyzes the generating mechanism of CCD reset noise in detail,then designs the signal processing circuits based on correlated double sampling (CDS) technique. Results The tests proved the efficiency of the circuits in reducing the CCD noises. Conclusions It was indicated that the CDS technique inhibited the CCD reset noise to some extent,which was propitious for further collection and transmission of CCD signal.
