在不使用还原剂和乳化剂的条件下,利用超声辐射引发无皂乳液聚合双原位合成纳米银/乙酰乙酸基甲基丙烯酸乙酯和苯乙烯共聚物[P(AAEM-St)]复合材料,并通过UV-Vis、XRD、TEM、HRTEM和TG等分析方法对其进行表征.结果表明:纳米银粒子具有面心立方结构和球形或近球形形貌,且较均匀地分散在聚合物基体中;纳米银粒子的存在降低了基体P(AAEM-St)的热学性能.
Nanosilver/poly(acetoacetoxyethylmethacrylate (AAEM)-styrene (St)) [P(AAEM-St)] composites were synthesized through the copolyrnerization of sliver nitrate solution, AAEM and St monomers induced by ultra- sonic irradiation without adding any reducer and emulsifier. The morphology, structure and thermal stability were characterized by various techniques including X-ray diffractometer (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), thermal-gravimetry analyzer (TGA),etc.. The results showed that silver nanoparticles were dispersed highly and ho- mogeneously in P(AAEM-St) matrix and possessed face-centered cubic structure. Thermoanalysis proved that the thermal stability of the pure P(AAEM-St) was better than that of the nano-Ag/P(AAEM-St) composites.
