英文摘要：

The system-optimization solution to the centralized network usually could not be achieved.To improve the system efficiency of closed-loop supply chain network,considering the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network with multiple layers and decision makers,a decentralized policy decision closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium model was formulated on the basis of each competitive decision-makers in the network aimed at maximium profits.Interrelationships and competitive behaviors among various decision-makers were analyzed,moreover,a system optimization model for centralized closed-loop supply chain network was established.The variational inequality formulations for decentralized policy decision and centralized decision were provided.The coordination mechanism based on corporate social responsibility was proposed,and the quantization formula of outlays that each decision-maker had to pay due to taking corporate social responsibility was presented.Finally,the proposed models and modified projection algorithm were uesd to compute and analyse numerical examples.
