用溶胶.凝胶法制备掺铝氧化锌(AZO)/还原石墨烯(rGO)复合材料。通过XRD、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、Raman光谱和能量散射x射线能谱(EDS)等技术,对产物的结构和形貌进行分析。铝掺入了氧化锌的晶格,颗粒状的氧化锌颗粒(60~150nm)均匀分布在rGO纳采片上。以100mA/g的电流在0.01~3.00V充放电,使用10ml氧化石墨分散液和2m1硝酸铝溶液制得的AZO/rGO复合材料的首次放电比容量为836.6mAh/g,第30次循环的比容量为462.8mAh/g。
Al-doped ZnO(AZO)/reduced graphene oxide (rGO)composites were prepared via a sol-gel method. The structure and morphology of the samples were analyzed by XRD, field-emission scanning electron microscopy ( FESEM), Raman spectra and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). Al was doped into the crystal of ZnO, granular ZnO nanoparticles (60 - 150 nm)were uniform-ly distributed on the rGO nanosheets. When charged-discharged with the current of 100 mA/g in 0. 01 - 3.00 V ,the initial specific discharge capacity of AZO/rGO eompesite prepared with 10 ml grapheme oxide dispersion liquid and 2 ml aluminum nitrate solution was 836. 6 mAh/g,the soecific caoacitv was 462. 8 mAh/g in the 30th cycle.
