西方管理学界开始研究不对称信任这一普遍存在于管理现场却被长期忽略的信任现象,并着力于探讨其对组织内行为和成员感知新的解释力。不同于传统相互信任观、互惠信任观,不对称信任将重新诠释管理现场背后的信任作用机制。本研究从其内涵及其相关概念、测量、前因及后果对该前沿问题进行阐释和探析,并提出中国情境下该研究潜在的方向和议题,以期为信任研究提供新洞见。
The western management academia begins to study trust asymmetry as a trust phenomenon which generally exists in site management and is neglected for a long term, and makes efforts to discuss its explanation of organization behavior and the perception of members. Different from traditional mutual trust and reciprocal trust, trust asymmetry makes the new interpretation of trust mechanism behind site management. This paper analyzes this frontier issue from the perspectives of connotation and related concepts, measurement, antecedents and outcomes, and proposes potential directions and topics in Chinese context to provide new insight for trust research.
