为解决液压挖掘机驾驶座椅舒适度评价的问题,提出综合选择评价因素,合理反映人体的舒适度特性复杂问题的方法。该方法从多学科角度出发,构建了人体生物学、驾驶者主体感受和机械设计3个方面的关联矩阵,采用层次分析法确定了三者之间的权重系数,计算出影响挖掘机驾驶座椅舒适度各准则之间的关联度,给出了影响驾驶座椅舒适度的准则权重排序。依据该权重排序,在挖掘机驾驶座椅设计中综合考虑人体生理及心理特征,在将人体的主观与客观反映相结合的基础上选择更恰当的设计尺寸,才能为驾驶者提供更安全舒适的座椅设计。
Driving seat comfort is closely related to driver's health and work efficiency improvement.Therefore,how to select and evaluate the factors that reasonably reflect the characteristics of the human body comfort is an issue to be considered.In order to solve the problem,a method is proposed.The method attempts to use AHP method to determine the driving seat comfort evaluation from three aspects:engineering evaluation,human biology and driver feel.Construction of the matrix and determination of the sort weights enable the calculation of the hydraulic excavator driving seat comfort.Advocated comfort issue construction should fully take into account the physiological and psychological characteristics of human body to provide the driver with a comfortable,healthy work environment.
