Considering the dual influences of effort degree and cooperation degree of the interest objects on the whole benefits of university-industry collaborative innovation value chain and the profits of the interest objects, it used the thought and methodology of the game theory and conflict economics, and constructed the profit distribution model of university-industry collaborative innovation value chain based on double efforts. Then, it utilized the optimization model to solve the optimal effort degree and the optimal cooperation degree with non-coordination and coordination. Finally, an example was analyzed to illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed model. The results show that adjusting the appropriate effort degree, cooperation degree and related parameters can maximize the overall interest of the university-industry collaborative innovation value chain.
