基于企业导师制及知识共享已有的文献,以“ERG理论”为分析框架,从生存安全、人际关系和成长发展动机三个方面,深入探析企业导师知识共享行为的影响因素,并提出相应的推进策略,以期为我国企业导师知识共享行为理论和实践提供有益的启示。
According to the previous theory and research of knowledge sharing and mentoring, this paper uses the theory of ERG as an analysis framework which is consisted of three components : existence, relation, growth. It synthesizes the predictors of knowledge sharing behaviors of mentors, and then proposes some management suggestions, in order to give management theory and practice impli- cations to mentor knowledge sharing behaviors in China.
