信息能力是现代企业的一种重要能力,对企业各种业务流程的改进存在着全面的激励作用。信息能力是一个体系,包括信息资源平台、信息生产能力、信息检索能力与信息应用能力等基本要素。我国企业的信息能力水平较低,阻碍了信息资源的开发与利用。经验性的研究揭示了我国企业信息能力体系的内部机制,发现了我国企业信息能力实践的优势与不足,从而为我国企业信息能力的培育与管理提供现实性的理论借鉴。
英文摘要：
The information capacity is an important capability of modern enterprise,and has comprehensive incentive for the improvement of various business processes in an enterprise.The information capability is a system including such basic elements as information resource platforms,information production capability,information retrieval capability and information application capability.The low information ability in China＇s corporations hinders the development and use of information resource.This empirical research reveals the internal mechanism of information capability system in China＇s corporations,and the advantage and disadvantage of its practice ability.The result of the study may provide a realistic theory reference for our enterprises to nurture and manage their information capability.
