利用水质稳定性指标对再生水厂出水进行腐蚀性评价,并选取碱度、硬度、Cl-和SO42-4种因素设计四因素三水平正交试验,结合SEM等微观形貌分析手段,研究高品质再生水管网中水泥砂浆内衬腐蚀情况及影响水质主要因素的综合作用。结果表明:该再生水厂高品质出水水质对水泥砂浆内衬具有腐蚀倾向;4种因素对水泥砂浆内衬腐蚀影响的主次顺序为:硬度〉Cl-〉碱度〉SO42-;显著性为:硬度和Cl-影响较显著,碱度虽不显著但有影响,SO42-则未对水泥砂浆内衬腐蚀表现出显著影响。此外,高碱度(HCO3-)且低硬度时腐蚀现象最严重。
Corrosion performance of cement mortar lining of reclaimed water pipe network in high quality reclaimed water was assessed in terms of water quality stability index, which was adopted to assess the corrosivity of the yielding water of reclaimed water plant, while four parameters of water, such as alkalinity, hardness, Cl-and SO42- were selected to design the four-factor three-level orthogonal test. Besides, the corrosion morphology of the lining was also characterized by means of SEM and other micromorphology analysis methods. The results show that:(1) the reclaimed water with poor quality stability can be corrosive to the cement mortar lining;(2) the impact of the four parameters on the corrosion of cement mortar lining can be ranked as: hardness〉Cl-〉alkalinity〉SO42-;(3) the impact on the corrosion of cement mortar lining of hardness and Cl-are relatively significant, that of alkalinity is not obvious, while that of SO42-is little;(4) the corrosion is more serious when the high alkalinity(HC_3-) and low hardness exist simultaneously.
