英文摘要：

In the construction of ＂Maritime Silk Road of the Twenty-first Century＂, it has important significance to the develop- ment of science and technology and circulation, through the technological innovation and modern logistics, it is to enhance the competi- tiveness of enterprises, promote industrial upgrading, promote international trade, reduce the cost of the parties, deepen cooperation, create economic benefits, realize rich connotation of ＂the Belt and Road＂ strategy. Based on panel data of 10 key provinces, munici- palities and autonomous regions along the ＂Maritime Silk Road＂, it compares the factors and comprehensive score, studies the ability of technological innovation and the level of logistics development, through the regression analysis, this study discusses the internal rela- tions between scientific and technological innovation and logistics development, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions, for the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions based on their own characteristics, speeds up scientific and technological progress, and strengthens the logistics industry and achieve the coordinated development of both, so as to expand cooperation and competition advantage to provide a new way of thinking.
