A compound modulation scheme based on digital amplitude modulation broadcasting (DAMB) and very minimum additive waveform keying (VMAK) was discussed in the paper, which sufficiently utilized the limited AM bandwidth. Simulations show good BER performance of both modulation schemes under certain conditions.
