利用L2（T）中点到子空间距离的概念,给出了Sobolev空间HS（R）中平移框架的一个等价条件,并从该等价条件出发,讨论了HS（R）中具有不同步长的平移序列在平移框架意义下的几种关系.

英文摘要：

By means of the concept of distance between an element and a Subspace in L2（T）,this paper gives an equivalent condition on frames of translates in Sobolev spaces HS（R）,and from ti,it is shown several relationships among shift sequences in meaning of frame of translates with diffelvent step sizes.
