Objective：To study the infection of nm23-H1 gene on the expression of integrins in lung cancer cell.Methods： Semi-RT-PCR was used to detect the difference mRNA expression of integrinβ1 and integrinβ3 betwteen transfected and non-transfected cell lines;Flow cytometry was used to detect the difference protein expression of integrinβ1 and integrinβ3 betwteen transfected and non-transfected cell lines.Results： The expression of mRNA and protein of integrinβ1 and integrinβ3 of transfected cell line was weaker than that of non-transfected cell line.Conclusion： nm23-H1 can down-regulate expression of integrins and thus inhibit the metastasis of lung cancer cell.
