通过化学沉淀法,采用2种分散剂分别制备了平均粒径为285nm和146nm的有机/无机杂化纳米c—s—H凝胶粒子,分散剂的加入大幅度提高了纳米粒子在溶液中的分散稳定性。考察了纳米粒子在水泥基材料中的性能,结果表明:纳米粒子能缩短水泥水化诱导期,加速水泥早期水化,提高水泥胶砂早龄期的抗压和抗折强度,且随着纳米粒子掺量的增加,早期增强作用效果越显著,对后期强度基本无影响。
The nanoparticles with average particle size of 285 nm and 146 nm were prepared by chemical precipitation method using two different dispersants. The addition of the dispersant greatly improved the dispersion and stability of nanoparticles in so- lution. The properties of nanopartieles in the cement-based materials were studied. The results show that the nanopartieles can shorten the induction period of cement hydration,accelerate the early hydration of cement, and increase the early age compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar. With increasing the dosage of nanoparticles,the early age strength enhancement effect more obvious,and also have no negative effect on the long-term strength of cement mortar.
