以2A12铝合金板材光滑试样疲劳试验为基础,获取其应力应变曲线及S-N曲线.运用灰色系统理论建立等维灰色GM(1,1)模型(等维灰数递补GM(1,1)模型和等维新息GM(1,1)模型),将GM(1,1)模型和等维灰色GM(1,1)模型应用到2A12铝合金板材的疲劳寿命的预测中,用材料的S-N曲线来评估和比较模型寿命预测的准确性.计算结果表明,灰色系统模型预测值与S-N曲线比较接近,在多步预测中,等维灰色GM(1,1)模型与单一的GM(1,1)模型相比有较高的预测精度,可以更好地预测2A12铝板材的疲劳寿命.
Stress-strain curve and the S-N curve were obtained based on the smooth sample fatigue test of 2A12 aluminum alloy panel, designing equal dimension grey model GM(1,1) (including the equal dimension grey recurrence dynamic model GM(1,1) and the equal dimension and new information model GM(1,1) ) respectively before applying the model into the fatigue life calculation of 2A12 aluminum alloy panel, then the S-N curve of the material was used to estimate and compare the accuracy of the life prediction to these three models. The result shows that the predicated value of the grey system model approaches to that of the S-N curve, and in the multistep prediction, the equal dimen sion grey model GM(1,1) has a higher prediction accuracy when compared with the single model GM(1,1), it can better calculate the fatigue life of 2A12 aluminum alloy oanel.
