利用转移矩阵方法,研究了含各向异性单负材料的一维光子晶体中的带隙特性。结果表明,含各向异陧单负材料的一维光子晶体中存在一种全向带隙,该带隙几乎不随入射角度和偏振状态的变化而变化,其性质可以用来设计一定带宽的全向反射镜。
The band gap of one-dimensional photonic crystal containing anisotropic single-negative materials is studied by using transfer matrix. Investigations show that this structure can posses an omnidirectional gap and its edges are insensitive to incident angle and polarization. This property can be used to design omnidirectional reflector with fixed bandwidth.
