With the rapid development of economic globalization ,some foreign scholars made considerable studies of the cross cultural management .Those studies can be classified into three periods ：the initial stage from 1950s to 1970s ,the great development from 1970s to 1990s ,and the cross development of diversification from 1990s to the early of twenty-first century ,and those studies are expected in the process of economic globalization to be formed into the pattern of network and stereoscopic development with the features of multi-crossed disciplines ,multi-level association and multi-view integration .
