针对虚拟研究中心合作伙伴选择过程中的复杂性和不确定性,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)和梯形模糊数理论的综合评价模型.采用梯形模糊数构造评价模型的判断矩阵,并选用一致性充要条件检验判断矩阵的一致性,进而推导出评价模型中各评价准则下指标的权重.综合运用重心法和方差法完成梯形模糊数的排序,并结合雅砻江水电开发虚拟研究中心进行了分析.结果表明:梯形模糊数在AHP中的应用使综合评价模型能有效地结合定性与定量分析,减少人为主观因素的影响,从而选择最佳的合作伙伴.
The complexity and the uncertainty of selecting cooperation partners in a virtual research center (VRC) were discussed. A eomprehensive evaluation model was proposed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP and basic theory of the trapezoidal fuzzy number. The judgment matrix was structured in trapezoidal fuzzy number and the priority weights of criteria and sub-criteria were calculated. The consistency of judgment matrix was tested in the necessary and sufficient condition of consistency. In the end, the alternatives were ranked with the integration of the fuzzy gravity method and the mean square difference method. As an example, the partener selection in the virtual research center of Yalong river hydropower development was presented. Results showed that applying the trapezoidal fuzzy number makes the model combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis effectively, reduce influences of subjective factors and select the best cooperative partner objectively.
