竖井贯流泵广泛应用于低扬程和特低扬程泵站,并且常规设计都是采用平直管出水的结构型式。本文提出了竖井进水、虹吸式出水的一种新型结构型式,在保持竖井进水设计和模型泵不变的情况下,采用CFD数值模拟技术进行两种出水流道结构型式的全流道优化设计,并进行性能预测。根据优化设计结果,在高精度试验台上进行两种出水流道结构型式的泵装置对比模型试验。预测和试验结果均表明,在低扬程竖井式贯流泵站,平直管出水和虹吸式出水都是合适的结构型式,其水力性能基本接近,在特低扬程虹吸式出水流道结构型式具有明显优势。
Shaft-type tubular pump systems have been widely used at low-head and extra low-head pumping stations, where horizontal straight outflow passage is a typical structure of the conventional pump systems. The authors developed a new shaft-type tubular pump system which consists of a shaft-type suction box, a siphon-type outlet passage and a tubular pump. Numerical simulation and optimal hydraulic design were used for prediction of hydraulic performances of the systems with two different outlet passage designs, horizontal passage and siphon-type passage, in the given design conditions of shaft-type suction box and model pump. For the optimized design schemes, physical model tests on a high precision test stand were conducted for these two pump systems. The experimental and numerical results show that the two outlet passage designs have similar hydraulic performancesv suitable for low-head pump system and the siphon-type outlet passage has obvious advantages for extra low-head pump systems.
