为了增强对汽(气)-液-固三相流传热过程的基础理解,并为理论研究和工业应用提供有价值的信息,对三相流化床传热模型与计算式进行分析和比较。结果表明,在各种传热计算式和机理模型中。无因次准数关联式的预测精确度最高;建立反映传热机理的模型与计算式,开展多相流非线性研究和传热数值模拟是未来的研究方向。
In order to enhance the basis understanding on heat transfer and improve the industry application of three-phase fluidized beds including the vapor(gas)-liquid-solid fluidized bed, the heat transfer mechanism models and heat transfer coefficient expressions were analyzed and compared. The distinct features, the formed reasons and open problems were described. The results show that the accuracy of the dimensionless correlation of heat transfer coefficient is the highest among the heat-transfer correlations and mechanism models; and the developments of model and heat-transfer correlation based on the understanding of the process mechanism, nonlinear investigation and numerical simulation with the CFD on the heat transfer in multi-phase flow are the future research areas.
