在前期研发出Zn-Al-Mg-RE粉芯丝材制备新型防腐涂层技术的基础上,提出了采用Zn-Al合金带材包覆复合粉末的新工艺制造Zn-Al-Mg-RE粉芯丝材,设计制造了Al质量分数分别为2%,5%,8%的系列Zn-Al合金带材,测试了带材的硬度、拉伸强度和伸长率等力学性能指标,并和国外新近研制的Zn-Al合金带材(A220)展开对比;研究粉芯丝材的制造工艺。结果显示,选用的带材中Zn-2Al带和A220带材能够满足粉芯丝材的生产要求。利用研制的粉芯丝材进行电弧喷涂实验,发现这两种丝材的喷涂稳定性都较好,制备的涂层较致密,层状组织特征明显,时间电位曲线显示两种涂层均表现出较强的耐蚀性能,在实验后期,两者的电极电位趋于一致。
A new method of using Zn-Al alloy strip to manufacture Zn-Al-Mg-RE cored wire was introduced. Series of Zn-Al alloy with aluminium content of 2%, 5% and 8% (mass fraction) were selected to produce strips, the A220 type Zn-Al alloy strip newly developed by an American company was also used as comparison, the hardness, tensile strength and specific elongation of the strips were test- ed, and the manufacturing process of cored wire was investigated. Results showed that, among these strips, only the Zn-2%Al and A220 strip are satisfied with manufacture for cored wires. Arc spraying experiment revealed that the wire feeding stability is enhanced, and compact, lamellar coating microstructure is obtained. Electrode potential testing showed that the two coatings perform high anti-corrosion properties, and with the testing processing, the potential values of the two coatings are approx- imate to be equal.
