通过现场试验测定并分析了掺加火成岩纤维、硅粉、粉煤灰时混凝土氯离子扩散系数,研究了在同等水灰比情况下,不同掺合料对混凝土氯离子扩散系数时变性的影响。结果表明:掺入掺合料能有效提高混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能;单掺火成岩纤维、单掺粉煤灰以及复掺硅粉和粉煤灰时氯离子扩散系数的时间衰减系数均增大,又以复掺效果最为显著;掺入硅粉,能有效降低氯离子扩散性能,但时间衰减系数减小。
According to a series of field test, the diffusion coefficients of concrete mixing igneous rock fiber, silica fume and fly ash were analyzed.Under the identical water cement ratio,effects of the different admixtures on time variability of chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete were studied.The results show that admixtures can improve resistance to chloride ion permeability. Adding igneous rock fiber or fly ash singly and adding silica fume,f ly ash together can enlarge the attenuation coefficient of chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete,the effect of adding silica fume and fly ash together is the most obvious.Adding silica fume singly in concrete can reduce the chloride diffusion effectively,but the attenuation coefficient of chloride diffusion coefficient is decreased.
