采用Na2S-NaOH混合碱浸出工艺对高砷次氧化锌进行脱砷处理,考察了温度、时间、碱量和液固体积质量比等因素对砷脱除率的影响。试验结果表明,采用该湿法工艺,在最优工艺参数条件下,铅锌直收率分别在99%和98%以上,砷脱除率大于90%,且工艺相对安全,浸出液经Ca(OH)2固化除砷后可返回利用,对环境污染少。
The dearsenication from waltz zinc oxide contenting high arsenium is studied. A new process of leaching using Naz S-NaOH solution is put forward. Influences of temperature, time, total alkalinity, V(L)/m(S) ,and other factors on removal rate of As are examined,and the optimum parameters are determined. The results show that the direct recovery rate of lead and zinc is up to 99% and 98% and the removal rate of As is over 90 %. The hydrometallurgical process is relative safe with no secondary pollution to environment.
