为了给路面铣刨机铣刨系统参数匹配提供参考,以LXH1000型全液压路面铣刨机为对象,对路面铣刨机铣削载荷特性进行了研究。采用数学解析法,研究了刀具铣削运动轨迹,建立了刀具铣削厚度及铣刨转子累积铣削厚度随铣刨转子转角变化的模型,分析了影响路面铣刨机铣削载荷的因素,并通过现场铣刨试验进行了验证。结果表明:路面铣刨机铣刨转子累积铣削厚度具有高频周期性变化的特点,铣刨转子旋转速度和刀具数量决定了铣刨转子累积铣削厚度变化的频率,路面铣刨机行走速度和铣刨转子旋转速度决定了铣刨转子累积铣削厚度的均值,但铣刨转子累积铣削厚度的周期性变化与铣削载荷的波动之间没有明显联系。
In order to provide reference for milling parameters matching with asphalt milling machine, cutting load characteristics were studied on LXH1000 hydraulic asphalt milling machine. Using mathematic analysis method, motion trajectory of cutter was studied, and the model of cutting thickness and cumulative cutting thickness of rotor was built as rotor angle varying. Impact of cutting load was analyzed, and field cutting tests were conducted to validate the conclusions. The results show that cumulative cutting thickness of rotor has a periodic change with high frequency, and the period is determined by rotating speed of rotor and the number of cutters installed on it, the average is determined by rotating speed of rotor and speed of asphalt milling machine, but there is no apparent link between the periodic change and cutting load fluc- tuation.
