Simulation and optimization of complex fluid-solid coupling structure is an important technology in the structure optimization.Its huge computational cost often needs to be solved by the model order reduction technique.In this paper,the proper orthogonal decomposition(POD) method which is of ten used for the reduction of fluid-solid coupling structure is presented firstly,then,several adaptive POD methods are summarized and the application of adaptive reduced order model(ROM) in fluid-solid coupling structural optimization is introduced.
