针对汽车产品投资的特殊不确定性和其投资数额大、分阶段投入的状况,应用产品生命周期理论判定汽车产品项目的投资阶段,进而获得准确的阶段投资决策点,据此构建了基于汽车产品生命周期的汽车产品投资阶段判定和汽车企业投资决策点识别模型,并就影响识别的因素、阶段、模型进行数学表述,就汽车产品投资决策点抉择问题提出了解决的思路和方法.
With consideration of typical uncertainty of investment in auto products and normally huge investment involved in several stages during its product development, market development and expansion, this paper investigated the identification of investment decision stages involved in auto project carried by auto companies. A model was built based on life cycle approach to determine the serial investment stages involved in auto projects and to identify the decision-making points at which investment decisions need to be made. The factors influencing the investment stage identification were incorporated in the model with fuzzy approach, and ideas and methods were proposed with regard to the determination of the decision-making points of auto product investment.
