针对自带冠叶片组成的成组叶片,采用Hertz接触理论和悬臂梁连续模型建立了成组叶片接触碰撞状态下的非线性动力学模型,并考虑了气流激振力和叶片的惯性力对成组叶片振动的影响。利用Galerkin模态截断方法对该系统进行降维处理,用谐波平衡法计算了当各叶片取第1阶模态后降维系统的解析解。
Non-linear dynamics model is set up in the circumstances of shrouded group blades contact and impact based on Hertz contact force theory and cantilever continuous model regarding the group blades constituted by integrally shrouded blades, considering the influence of air vibration force and blades inertia force on blade vibration. Reduce the dimension of this nonlinear system by using Galerkin modal truncation method and calculate the analytical solution when each blade adopts the first stage modal in dimensionality reduction system.
