Radar cross section (RCS) is an important parameter of estimating the capacity of aircraft invisibility. The methods of reducing RCS are sorted by two types., full-time and part-time techniques. The newest advances of RCS reduction are traced, some low-RCS microstrip antenna configurations are introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are discussed. Finally, a method of combining multiple techniques to form multi-layer reconfiguration array is pointed out to reduce microstrip array antenna RCS.
