采用傅里叶频谱对数方法进行自动聚焦,建立一套显微数字全息记录光路.提出综合利用自动相位补偿程序和手动调节记录参量的方法,对强噪声干扰的全息图进行数值重建,得到美国空军分辨率测试板准确的相位像,实现横向大于2.38μm、轴向不超过10 nm的成像分辨率.实验结果表明,在强噪声情况下,利用自动相位补偿方法只能得到粗略的记录参量;要获得准确的相位信息,必须手动精调.记录高质量数字全息图是数字全息技术的关键.
