本文通过数值模拟方法研究了开槽气膜孔的冷却特性和流场分布,通过考虑固体材料的导热影响,耦合分析壁面的热流量,通过对平板结构气膜孔下游的绝热气膜冷却效率的研究,最终提出最佳的流速比。数值模拟结果表明,流速比0.5的工况可以提供较为均匀和稳定的冷却效果和最佳的壁面绝热冷却效率,同时,相比于壁面的气膜冷却效果,材料导热性能对壁面冷却效果起着主导作用。
In the present paper,thermal conductivities of different plate materials were numerically studied by investigating the film cooling characteristics and the fluid field above the plate.The heat flux was also studied,and the optimal blowing ratio was given.It's found that the velocity ratio of 0.5 shows the more uniform and more stable cooling effectiveness.In addition,compared with the film cooling,the thermal conductivity plays an important role on the wall cooling effectiveness.
