硼酸生产工艺包括硫酸法、碳铵法和二步法等.采用AT&T矩阵系统评价方法,研究这3种生产工艺在硼酸生产过程中对资源环境的影响;通过对3种硼酸生产工艺的特性对比,改进并完善了AT&T矩阵系统评价方法,并勾勒出相应的环境因子和生产阶段的环境效应.结果表明:以二步法为主,兼顾碳铵法和硫酸法的技术发展思路,符合发展硼酸工业循环经济的需要;以产品生命周期评价(PLCA)、工艺生命周期评价(TLCA)和工厂生命周期评价(FLCA)为基础的分析框架,可全方位、多层次地评估硼酸生产过程中累积环境效应,其中以工厂生命周期评价角度的评估结果更有利于硼酸工业的节能环保.
Boric acid production technology includes sulfuric acid, ammonium bicarbonate, two-step approaches and so on. We used the AT&T matrix system to evaluate these different types of boric acid production technologies for their environmental impact on resources. Through comparing these methods, we improved and perfected the AT&T matrix system evaluation method, and outlined the corresponding factor(stage) and environmental effects legend. The results showed that: the two-step approach as the main method along with ammonium bicarbonate and sulfuric acid methods can conform to the development according to principles of the circular economy; the cumulative environmental effect of the process of boric acid production can be assessed comprehensively on multiple levels by construction of product life cycle assessment (PLCA), technology life cycle assessment (TLCA) and factory life cycle assessment (FLCA)-based analytical frameworks. By contrast, the assessment from the point of view of FLCA is in favor of energy saving and environmental protection of boric acid industry.
