企业与环境之间的关系已经成为当今社会各界关注的重点，关于企业绿色管理的问题也成为学术界研究的热点，在现有文献基础上构建了企业利益相关者、绿色管理和企业绩效的分析模型，从技术相容性的角度研究企业利益相关者对绿色管理及绩效的影响机制，并以珠三角235家制造型中小企业为样本进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，客户、管理层、股东等利益相关者对企业绿色管理具有显著影响，技术相容性正向调节股东与企业绿色管理关系，企业绿色管理对企业绩效具有显著正向影响。

英文摘要：

The relationship between enterprises and the environment has become the focus of community and green management has also become the research this study constructs an analysis model among focus of the academic circles. On the basis of literature review, stakeholders, green management and performance and from the viewpoint of technical compatibility, studies the influencing mechanism of stakeholders on green management. We test hypothesis through an empirical study taking 235 firms in Pearl River Delta as samples. The results show that clients, managers and shareholders have significant effect on green management; technology compatibility has significant positive moderate effects on the relationship between shareholders and green management; green manage- ment has significant positive effect on performance .
