为追求更高的经济效益和能源的合理利用,提出一种含需求响应的微网经济调度模型。该模型将直接负荷控制策略纳入优化调度模型,同时充分考虑居民负荷中的空调负荷和热水器负荷的使用规律和用电特性,分别进行负荷中断操作,对2种负荷使用不同的控制策略和赔偿机制,最大限度地平缓负荷曲线。以一个典型居民小区微网为例,通过基于混沌优化的改进遗传算法进行分析计算。结果表明,所提模型可以削峰填谷,具有较好的经济性和有效性。
In order to pursue higher economic benefit and rational utilization of energy,this paper proposes a new micro network economic dispatch model with demand response. This model incorporates the direct load control strategy into the optimal scheduling model and fully considers the power consumption law and characteristics of the air conditioning load and water-heating load in the residential area. Interrupt operation is carried out and different control strategies and compensation mechanism are used for the two loads respectively to flatten the load curve to the utmost. With a typical residential area as an example,analysis and computation are conducted by the improved genetic algorithm based on chaos optimization.The results show that the model and algorithm are both economical and feasible.
