目的:对网球运动员持拍手手腕进行三维数值模拟。方法:对网球运动员持拍手手腕进行CT扫描获得二维图像,利用MIMICS软件直接建模并导入Patran软件,对模型进行有限元分析。结果:手腕承受相同方向不同大小载荷,以及相同大小不同方向载荷应力所产生的影响均锁定在相同区域内,即拇指掌骨连接处及掌骨中下部、食指掌腕连接处、中指掌骨全部、无名指与小指掌骨中下部、钩骨四周、舟骨中段以及头状骨左侧。利用MIMICS和Rapidform软件实现了手骨三维建模和数据格式转换,并在Patran软件中完成有限元网格剖分及应力应变计算。此方法适用于本研究,数值模拟结果与运动损伤实例相符。
Objective To simulate 3-dimensional numerical racket-holding hand of tennis player.Methods The combined Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine(DICOM)and Patran softwares were used to perform the finite element analysis of the data from the wrist of two-dimensional CT image.Results The impact on the wrist was all located at the same areas regardless of the stress from the same load with different directions or from the same direction with different loads.The result shows that sports injuries mostly occurred at the following area:the junctional area between thumb and metacarpus,middle and bottom part of the 1st metacarpus,junctional area between the 2nd metacarpus and carpus,whole part of the 3rd metacarpus,middle and bottom part of the 4th and 5th metacarpus,surrounding of the hamate,middle part of the scaphoid,and the left side of the capitatum.Conclusion Three-dimensional modeling of the hand bones and data format conversion can be accomplished through the use of Materialise’s Interactive Medical Image Control System and Rapidform softwares,based on which the finite element net dissection and stress-strain analysis can be performed.Our numerical simulation are line with the sports injouries.
