以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG1000)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等为主要原料,采用全氟乙基辛醇(FEOH)封端改性,制备了含全氟烷基侧链的阳离子含氟水性聚氨酯。通过红外光谱(IR)对聚合物结构进行了表征,测量了涂膜与水和乙二醇的接触角,用表面电子能谱仪(ESCA)检测了聚氨酯成膜后的含氟成分的分布情况,并考察了该涂膜的耐热性和耐蚀性能。研究发现,全氟烷基聚氨酯成膜时产生了较大取向作用,含氟基团向空气/聚合物界面伸展,有明显的"趋表"现象,这有利于形成低能表面,对聚合物内部分子形成了很好地保护作用,使涂膜具有较高的耐热性及优异的耐蚀性能。
Cationic waterborne fluorinated polyurethane(CFPU) containing perfluoroalkyl side chain was prepared by the reaction of isophorone isocyanate(IPDI),polyether polyol(PTMG1000),N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA),1,4-butanediol(BDO),trimethylol propane(TMP) and 2-(perfluorooctyl) ethyl alcohol(FEOH).The structure of the polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infared spectrometer(IR).And the contact angle of the membrane was measured,the distribution of the fluorinated group was examined in the surface of films with electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis(ESCA),then the heat resistance and corrosion resistance were also investigated.The results showed that during the process of casting membranes,the fluorinated group stretched on the interface of the air and the polymer,and had property of going to exterior,which could beneficial to form low energy surface and protect the inner molecule of the polymer effectively,and the films were provided with excellent heat and corrosion resistance properties.
