服务创新是当前研究的热点,但是零售业的创新研究还很缺乏。现实中,零售业创新不断涌现.零售业创新的驱动力和模式就成为值得关注的问题,对这些问题的回答有助于促进零售业创新的产生和管理。然而,已有的研究成果过于简单,没有结合零售业的产业环境和竞争情况进行分析.对零售业创新模式的总结也不全面。因此,文章借鉴服务创新驱动力的研究成果,应用波特竞争分析模型,结合零售业产业环境和竞争情况,构建了零售业创新驱动力模型;并且详细分析了不同的驱动因素,全面概括了这些驱动因素作用下形成的八种创新模式,最后分析了电子商务的创新模式。希望能够深化服务创新的研究,为零售业创新提供一些思路和启示。
Service innovation is one of hot fields in present researches. However, as a very important part of service innovation, retail innovation is lack of enough attention and deep research. There are emerging retail innovations in the practical world. The driving forces and pattern of retail innovation are the focus of researchers, which are helpful for the generation and management of retail innovation. The past researches are simple and not based on the retailing competitive environment. Therefore, based on the results of service innovation, this paper constructs a model of driving forces of retail innovation. Then this paper explores retail innovation pattern and analyzes the Electrical Commerce from the innovation results to innovation dimension. This paper contributes to researches of service innovation and provides some suggestion and implications for the retail enterprises and innovation policy.
