研究了五种水分含量处理对不同羊草生长周期根茎直径、分枝角度、节间距的影响。实验显示:根茎直径在各处理模式下呈现先升后降的变化趋势,在58.43%的水分处理下根茎直径在整个生长周期最高;根茎分枝角度表现出明显的“单峰”型曲线,5.81%的水分胁迫下最高;在91d,四个处理组均达到峰值,其大小关系为W5〉W4〉W1〉W3〉W2;在5.81%、11.90%、31.83%的水分处理下羊草根茎节间距变化较为平缓。结果表明:羊草根茎直径、分枝角度及节间距与土壤含水量的关系可以在一定程度上表征羊草干旱程度。
In order to study the effect of Leymus Chinensis rhizome under different water supplies, seedlings were determined under natural conditions with five water treatments. The diameter, branch angle and node length of Leymus Chinensis rhizome were tested. The research shows that rhizome diameter under water stress condition rose first and dropped later. The diameter is the biggest in the whole growth stage under the treatment of 58.43% water stress. The branch angle presents an obvious single peak cure, especially the treatment with the soil water content 5.81% is superior to the other treatments. The five treatments all reach the highest on the 91th day, the change width is W5 〉 W4 〉 W1 〉 W3 〉 W2. Under the water stress of 5.8%, 11.90%, 31.83%, the node length has no significant differences. These results also reveal that the diameter, branch angle and node length of Leymus Chinen- sis rhizome are sensitive to soil moisture content.
