Soil fertility is affected by both nature factors and artifieial factors which are in large and high dimensional data. It is difficult to evaluate it externally. This paper used Attribute Recognition Theoretical Model and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate soil fertility, and the result is consistent with that of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. It avoided subjectivity of confirming weights by using analytic hierarchy process to ascertain evaluation indexes' weight eoeffieients. This model is simple to compute and apt to evaluate quality issues that have evaluation eriteria.
