介绍了微型零件半固态反挤压成形工艺特点,设计了一套微型零件半固态反挤压数据采集装置,并对其工作原理进行了阐述。微型零件半固态反挤压数据采集装置实现了凸模载荷和位移数据的实时采集和温度的精确控制,经使用该装置对ZL101铝合金坯料进行半固态反挤压试验研究,验证了该数据采集装置的可行性。
The backward extrusion forming of micro-component has a higher requirement for the data acquisition equipment. Based on the process characteristics of backward extrusion for micro-component, a set of data acquisition equipment was developed, and its principle was stated. The equipment enabled a real-time acquisition of punch load and displacement data and a precision control of forming temperature. Experimental study on the backward extrusion of semisolid ZL101 aluminum alloy billets verified the data acquisition equipment.
