通过对磁流变液性质的理论分析,本文提出了具有滞后环的阻尼力黏性滞后模型,并给出了模型中参数的确定方法。该模型不仅能表现磁流变液的动态屈服性还能体现出磁流变液滞回特性,还可以求出动力黏度与屈服应力和电流之间的关系。最后在对自行设计的以矩形槽活塞为阻尼元件的双出杆磁流变减震器进行实验的基础上,对比分析了模型数据与试验数据,该模型有很好的拟合精度,参数确定方便,并且有较好的通用性。
After theoretical analysis of NR fluid, a viseosity model and the way to solve the parametrie are presented in the paper. The model not only give the quality of dynamie and lag-returning, but also give the relation of yield stress and electrie eurrent. After eontrasting the simulation data and the experiment data based on the experiment of two-way pusher-over bar MRF absorber, finding the model have a good fitting aeeuraey, parameter is easy aseertained and has fairly general availability.
