明晰不断调整的南极磷虾渔业管理制度,掌握渔业开发的游戏规则对于推动南极磷虾产业化开发具有重要意义。CEMP点建设的加强、更加严格的鲜重报告要求、科学观察员的系统配备、密切关注捕捞活动对其他生物的深远影响将成为南极磷虾渔业管理的关注趋势。我国今后应该认真遵守具体制度,结合中国的远洋渔业规划认真思考,加强南极海洋科学调查,重视南极磷虾渔业管理等软科学方面的研究,提出相关科学数据,以便为中国南极磷虾资源开发的进一步发展做基础。
英文摘要：
It is critically important to clarify the continuous adjustment of the Antarctic krill fisheries management system and follow the fishery development rules of the game to promote the industrialization of Antarctic krill resources.The results showed that the trend in Antarctic krill fishery management was the construction of CEMP,more stringent reporting system of fresh weight,equipping with scientific observers,and paying close attention to the profound influence of fishing activities on other organisms.It showed that abiding by the specific system,and taking China pelagic fishery planning into serious consideration,our government should pay more attention to strengthening the Antarctic scientific survey and soft science research on Antarctic krill fisheries management,and putting forward relevant scientific data to support the development of Antarctic krill industry.
