英文摘要：
Based on the principles of organization learning, and combined with the practice of supplier involvement in new product development, it puts forward a conceptual model and research hypothesis on the impacts of supplier involvement in new product development on manufacturer＇s technology innovation capability. The result shows that supplier＇s capability, the quality of the relationship between manufacturer and supplier, the condition of supplier involvement in new product development, and manufacturer＇s organization learning all have impacts on manufacturer＇s technology innovation capability. At last, it provides some suggestions for manufacturers to improve their technology innovation capability through supplier involvement in new product development.
