目的:研究环孢素A(CsA)作用下心房颤动犬心房钾离子通道蛋白Kv1.5表达变化。方法:实验犬分为环孢素A干预组(CsA组)、心房纤颤(AF组)及假手术组(Sham组)三个处理组,应用Western免疫印迹技术比较各组间钾离子通道蛋白Kv1.5表达的差异。结果:AF组较Sham组钾通道蛋白Kv1.5表达明显降低(P〈0.01);CsA组较AF组钾通道蛋白Kv1.5升高(P〈0.01),CsA组与Sham组之间差异不明显(P〉0.05)。结论:CsA逆转了心房颤动犬心房钾离子通道蛋白Kv1.5表达变化,可能会在心房纤颤的治疗中发挥积极的意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression change of potassium channel protein Kv1.5 of atrium of canine with atrial fibrillation under the influence of cyclosporin (CsA) A. Methods: Experimental canines are divided into three groups: CsA group, AF group and sham operation group. Western blot technique was used to evaluate the expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5 among the three groups. Results: Compared to sham operation group, AF groups had reduced expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5. Compared to AF group, CsA group had increased expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5 (P〈0. 01) and no significant difference with sham operation group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: CsA can significantly improve expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5.
