英文摘要：

Objective： To investigate the expression change of potassium channel protein Kv1.5 of atrium of canine with atrial fibrillation under the influence of cyclosporin （CsA） A. Methods： Experimental canines are divided into three groups： CsA group, AF group and sham operation group. Western blot technique was used to evaluate the expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5 among the three groups. Results： Compared to sham operation group, AF groups had reduced expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5. Compared to AF group, CsA group had increased expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5 （P〈0. 01） and no significant difference with sham operation group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： CsA can significantly improve expression of potassium channel protein Kv1.5.
