The conditions of one-pot synthesis of o-Acetylaminophenol were studied. The results showed that the best conditions were 1.3：l（acetic anhydride：o-nitrophenol, tool）, use of 5%Pd/C, 130℃, 0.9 MPa H2 pressure and 5 hours. Under these conditions the yield of o-Acetylaminophenol was over 85% and the purity was not less than 99%. It had more obvious advantages than conventional method.
