Open data can realize resources sharing and creates more value through data release, linked Data aims to promote resource sharing and reuse by finding the relevance between data, and to provide users with abundant data link net- work. This paper studies the relevance of open data and builds the relevance model and analyzes the relevance from four dimensions, data resources （2 dimensions）, time dimension and RDF triples, and then evaluates the correlation values from different angles. The relevance of open data has practical significance and value for Open Government Data.
